Vivian Eller
M.S., SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist
Every child communicates in their own way.
My role is to meet your child where they are, celebrate their unique strengths, and guide them toward meaningful, authentic communication.
I became an SLP because I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood. Watching a child light up when they realize “I can say that!” in their own way is the most rewarding part of my job.
Together, we’ll use play, connection, and evidence-based strategies to support your child’s growth while empowering you to feel confident in everyday moments at home.
About
Hello! My name is Vivian Eller. I’m a speech-language pathologist who helps young children discover the joy of communication—whether that means using words, gestures, AAC, or scripts from their favorite songs and shows.
I believe every child communicates with purpose, and it’s my privilege to help families understand and celebrate the many ways their child connects with the world.
I want families to walk away from therapy not just with new skills, but with a deeper sense of confidence, connection, and joy in their child’s communication journey.
My Professional Background
I earned my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, East Bay, and have experience supporting children across home, hospital, private clinic, and school settings.
My clinical interests include:
-
Early language development (Early Intervention)
-
Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS)
-
Articulation disorder
-
Autism Spectrum Disorder
-
AAC and multimodal communication
-
Gestalt language processing (GLP)
-
Family coaching and collaboration
I’m committed to using evidence-based practices alongside real-life strategies that fit each family’s routines, values, and goals.
My Approach
My therapy style is play-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and family-centered.
This means I don’t “fix” communication—I support growth by meeting each child where they are, following their interests, and creating meaningful opportunities to connect.
In our sessions, you might see:
-
Joyful play and child-led exploration
-
Modeling of natural, functional communication
-
Gentle guidance for caregivers to use strategies at home
-
Respect for all forms of communication—spoken words, AAC, gestures, echolalia, and movement
I focus on connection before correction, because trust and regulation are the foundation of communication.

Culturally Responsive and Inclusive Practice
Every family’s language, culture, and values are respected and reflected in therapy. I work closely with caregivers to make sure goals feel meaningful, relevant, and aligned with your home life.
Communication grows best in environments where a child feels understood and valued for exactly who they are.
